Its going to be tough this year but winning games late will keep the talk of mcdavid being unhappy go away. Depth is def a problem but seeing what we have in bakersfield is a good sign there is great depth coming the next two years. Add in mcleod, samorukov, kiril, safin, and bouchard after that and the pipeline looks strong. |

How long will it be before McDavid asks to be traded out of the train wreck? |

Watch that line put up a combined 5 points. |

A line Hitch will give 5 mins of ice time. It would make more sense to play test them with the big 3 and see if anything fits, but they're still "in it".
Cave- McDavid- Kassian
Gambo- Draisaitl- Chiasson
Khaira- Nuge- Currie
Lucic- Brodziak- Rieder |

Does that include the possibility of the pick being top 3? |

Top-3 that you want or your top-3 in the draft? Big difference. |

You’d pick Byram 1st overall? - Wildschwein
I'd consider it. He's #3 to me, but his position might just be enough to sway me to take him over the other two. I probably wouldn't, but I might. I think his skillset is truly remarkable and exactly what the league now requires of a top Dman. |

I’m gonna have to look into this boy some more, see what all the hype is about.
Also, what would your opinion be on hiring Boudreau as head coach next year? |

More of the same established good coaches that'll come and try to polish the turd that is our wing depth. Like Hitchcock, I'm sure he's a good coach but, like Hitchcock, I'm not convinced a stiff and establish approach to coaching is gonna get this team going. |

Should have clarified, if we stay where we are those r my top three. If we somehow win the top pick im going with kakko, or the russian kid.

So you want another Colliton then, yes? |

Someone relatively new to the NHL scene, at least. I still like Nelson. Knoblauch might be a solid bet. |

You think Nelson would ever come back? I wouldn’t blame him if he was still sore at the organization. |

If they do get mark hunter as gm might as well have dale be the head coach. No ties to ex oilers, tons of chemistry and communication, tons of minor league exp and success. |

If we cleaned house and bring in the right people, I can't imagine he'd still hold a grudge against the organization. While he might've had a small part in it, I don't think Nicholson made the call to replace Todd with Todd so who's left to be mad at? Pretty much MacT and Howson as they're the only ones left in hockey ops (allegedly). |

My fear with Hunter is his lack of experience with a cap. It seems like Dubas was more involved with the cap in Toronto and his time in the OHL has been sans cap. If only I knew exactly which acquisitions Toronto made were his and which were Dubas' and Lou's. |
